We are 2 crazy South American souls passionate about food and been involved in this unique world since very young age.

Having Italian and Spanish backgrounds our lives were always surrounded by quality and quantity of food and also involved in cooking at home with grandparents and family members all our childhood.

Our paths crossed in Australia many years ago and since then we not only walk together in life raising our 3 beautiful daughters but also embarked in this dream of ours of having our own restaurant.

We been lucky enough to work in many restaurants and in diverse cuisine in Sydney before moving to the Central Coast where we continued our journey working for Rojo Rocket and then BamVino.

Rojo Rocket introduced us to the Mexican cuisine that we love and BamVino gave us not only the assurance that we can work together but gave us the opportunity to create.

Some years along the way and now we proudly present TANGO to you, a name that means so much to us not only because represent where we come from but also is the achievement of all our hard work.
